what is orange thing in water for -- karentoth
I believe its a skimmer to collest any oil based containments that may leak or fall into the water as a result of cleaning painting maintenance ect...since oils float the skimmer will catch them and collect the on the down current side making them noticeable for cleanup -- trickshot11
