Description: I hope someone can identify this interesting phenomena. It looked as if a man were standing on the cloud with helium balloons over his head.

Looks like it might be a broken contrail or maybe a plasma trail from a nasa rocket launch, though they tend to be more irregular from sheering. -- Raligard
Yeah looks like pieces of a contrail that winds or humidity didn`t dissipate -- weathermatrix
it looks like pee falling out of an airplane... -- jodimiller
Thanks for your insight. I guess the contrail seems the most likely explanation, although it appears to be going straight up and there are no airports or launch facilities near Portales, NM, which would seem to be the approximate location. Its possible that it is a lot further away and higher up than I had originally believed. -- diajanber
Probably a created by a cross continent or intercontinental flight at around 32,000 to 38,000 feet, or approximately 7 miles up. In fact it looks like the aircraft which produced this contrail is visible just beyond the cirrus cloud the `man` appears to be standing on. -- Raligard
