Weird Clouds During Tornado Watch 8/30
Description: I observed these odd clouds on our way back from vacation on the evening of August 30, 2006 in State College, PA. The area was under a Tornado Watch but according to radar, these clouds were not associated with thunderstorms. See radar animation and surface analysis at
